Our flexible spaces mean we can accommodate anything from an intimate private dining event, to a dinner for up to 420 guests.
Our in house catering team lovingly prepare all the food onsite using fresh, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible for our seasonal menus. We are happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements or even create a bespoke menu to cater for your individual vision. SPRING & SUMMER MENU
Please choose one starter, one main course and one dessert
Chicken parfait, with sourdough and pickles.
Ham hock and leek terrine with homemade piccalilli.
Smoked trout with a new potato salad, fennel, and asparagus.
Dry cured salmon, lemon mayonnaise and roast baby potato. – add crab £2.00
Braised locally reared beef short rib. Served with a celeriac and potato gratin, air dried serrano, spring vegetables and thyme gravy. – add beef fillet £2.50
Roast “Seven Hills” lamb breast. Served with buttered greens and a fondant potato. With a lemon and garlic gremolata. Rosemary jus. – add lamb loin £3.00
Locally reared pork fillet with pig cheek bon-bon in cider. Served with salted crackling, confit apple, greens, and dauphinoise potato.
Breast of corn-fed chicken, wrapped in Parma ham. Served with a boulangerie potato, buttered cavelo Nero cabbage and an olive crumb.
Salmon fillet topped with an herb crust, pressed potato cake, watercress, and a lemon and chive sauce.
Baked vanilla cheesecake with fresh berries.
Lemon tart with elderflower Chantilly and raspberry.
Mango and raspberry dome.
Almond biscuit, with cherry syrup, cherry compote and mascarpone mousse.
All our menus include freshly brewed Fairtrade coffee and a selection of Fairtrade tea and herbal infusions with mints.
